1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the glgl5 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the glgl5 website and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the glgl5 Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. • You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of glgl5, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the glgl5 Platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on glgl5, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all glgl5 accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) glgl5 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your glgl5 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. glgl5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: glgl5 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Ownership: glgl5 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the glgl5 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on glgl5 is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to the processing limits of the respective payment provider.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to your glgl5 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. glgl5 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. glgl5 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may vary.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the glgl5 account cashier section. glgl5 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.
• Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the availability and limits of that method.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. glgl5 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

glgl5 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. glgl5 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• glgl5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your glgl5 account. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless otherwise specified.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the glgl5 Platform. Specific rules for individual games and sports markets are available within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. glgl5 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or technical malfunctions — glgl5 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• glgl5 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and competition. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the decision of the relevant governing body shall be final.
• Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules and may be suspended at any time during an event at glgl5's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the glgl5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the glgl5 Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any glgl5 game or system.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any glgl5 software or system .
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing glgl5 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the glgl5 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of glgl5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the glgl5 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any glgl5 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any glgl5 content.
• Use any glgl5 trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the glgl5 Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of glgl5 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by glgl5.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, glgl5 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues beyond glgl5's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

The glgl5 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While glgl5 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates reliably and securely, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

glgl5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under glgl5's Responsible Gaming policy.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, glgl5 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus funds and pending wagering requirements) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. glgl5 is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to fraud, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms.

You may close your glgl5 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Responsible Gaming

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the glgl5 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or betting results, glgl5's internal review process shall be the first point of escalation. Players may submit a formal dispute by contacting the glgl5 support team with full details of the disputed transaction or event. glgl5 will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within five (5) business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

glgl5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, glgl5 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the glgl5 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
